They added trails to the game! They would multiply your pet stats. For example, if you had a Butterfly Sensei equipped, and a blue trail equipped, you would get x52.5 coins, x52.5 chi, and x4.5 ninjitsu!

All trails can be evolved, eternalized, and immortalized.
